The default for the flags will replicate current functionality i.e. a warning for missing lines and no

checks on credit or promise dates.

4.2.4 Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)

4.2.4.1 Various FMCG enhancements (SR4453)

1) Two new checkboxes have been added to the Order Search form.

Both, either, or neither of the checkboxes may be selected.

If the checkbox ‘All Quotations’ has been selected then all quotations will be displayed for the

entered Customer.

If the checkbox ‘7 Days Orders’ has been selected then only the orders which have been added in

the last seven days will be displayed.

If the checkbox ‘7 Days Orders’ has not been selected then the last 15 orders added for the entered

Customer will be displayed (this covers sales orders, quotations, and proformas). The most recently

added orders are shown first.

The last values of the checkboxes from the FMCG session are saved and defaulted for the next time

FMCG is used.

2) When using the Sales Order Line form, the Line displayed will always be displayed and readable

in the grid below.

3) The following forms will allow movement through gridlines using up and down arrows:

• Customer Search

• Order Search

• Order View

• SIAD Errors

• Order Line Maintenance

4.2.5 Export Link (EXPORT)

4.2.5.1 Export Link - Option to suppress Payment Terms (SR4464)

A new option has been provided with Export Link to prevent payment terms, delivery terms and

buyer's VAT number being written to the GTA import file.

Manual Set-Up Procedures

The .ini parameter TERMS should be set to 'N' to prevent these fields being written to the GTA

import file.

4.2.5.2 TROPOS Export Link using CSV File (SR3915)

This enhancement has introduced the ability to extract the data in a specific comma separated (csv)

file format.
