Ensure the Transaction Type exists in OF Receivables and contains the account segments to be

utilised by AutoAccounting.

Use TOFP to specify the Transaction Types to be used by each TROPOS business.

4.2.17 Accounting Control (APME)

4.2.17.1 Inclusion of Delivery Address Number in SLED Extract (SR4334)

The layout of the sales ledger extract has been enhanced to include the sequence number of the

customer delivery address.

The address sequence number occupies the position which previously contained the source module

(always SORD), which had no processing significance. The inclusion of the new information will

not therefore affect existing interfaces.

The TROPOS LMES (Extract Sales Invoices) and related SORDSLED subroutine have been

modified. No other TROPOS software is affected by the change.

4.3 TROPOS Tools and Technology

4.3.1 TROPOS Form and White Paper Printing (FORMWPP)

4.3.1.1 New TROPOS Form Bar Code facilities (SR4236)

TROPOS Form has been amended to allow ASCII characters 0 to 32 to be output in barcodes when

the extended code 39 format is selected.

Among other characters, this allows tabs, carriage-returns and line-feeds to be output, in addition to

upper and lower-case alphabetic characters, numbers and punctuation which were already allowed.

The syntax for specifying extended code 39 remains as

bar=39f

To include a tab character in a data item to be printed, put a tab character in a quoted string as part

of a text (t.) or joined text (j.) directive in wpp<form>.out.

4.3.1.2 TROPOS Form XML Output (SR4079)

The TROPOS Form utility has been enhanced to allow documents to be generated in XML format

and sent by e-mail.

Additional values have been made available for the dataname WPPOPTYPE in the field labelled

Output Type. These new values will allow XML formats to be selected as they become available.

The new output types are linked to new transformation layouts.

Where the output type indicates that e-mail will be used, the partner's e-mail address should be

entered in the WPP Output Destination field.
